Revised Instructions on Issuance of Visa Token Numbers
As requested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Maldives, it has been decided to discontinue issuance of Visa Token Number over telephone with effect from 26 March 2013.The earlier practice of issuing 40 Token Numbers on first-come-first-serve basis from Reception counter of the Mission at 9.15 AM on all working days and submission of visa application at the Visa Counter between 9.30 AM to 12 Noon on the same day will be implemented with effect from 28 March 2013.
The visa applicants must fill up their form online, save, print and complete all requisite documentation before taking the Token Numbers from the Reception. Each applicant would require separate Visa Token for submission of their Visa Application Form. Not more than 3 Tokens (for family) can be issued to any individual.
