Training courses under India Africa Forum Summit (IAFS-III)
India hosted the third India Africa Forum Summit from October 26-30, 2015. During the summit India proposed to cooperate in education and training in areas such as: Information Technology, Agriculture, Engineering, Small and Medium Entrepreneurship, Health and Science. India has also pledged to provide 50,000 scholarships to African students in the next five years and set up institutions that help augmenting African capacities across the continent.
Recognizing the importance of human capacity enhancement in the attainment of socio-development objectives, the Government of India organizes a host of training program in different fields. The list of courses available under IAFS-III, eligibility criteria, date of commencement and duration of the courses are in the table below:

It should be noted that anyone who benefited before of any scholarship offered by the Government of India [ITEC/SCAAP, IAFS & ICCR] is not entitled to apply for this scholarship
