Advisory on Registration of Indian Students Studying / Residing in Uganda, Rwanda & Burundi

It is requested that all Indian students studying or residing in Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi kindly register themselves at the earliest at the Government of India’s MADAD Portal (https://portal2.madad.gov.in ) so that they can benefit from student related services provided by the Government of India. The homepage of MADAD Portal provides basic guidance on how students can register themselves.
