It has come to the notice of the High Commission of India, Kampala, that there is a fake visa application website www.indiavisa.co.in  where the applicants are being asked to pay for their visa application fee online through credit/ debit cards/online bank transfer. The Mission is also aware that in some cases applicants have been cheated by this website.

The High Commission wishes to underline that this High Commission has no relationship whatsoever with this website or with their fraudulent activities.

The High Commission would like to warn the general public that the website www.indiavisa.co.in  is not an authorized agency to collect visa application or application fee for Indian visa.

Applicants affected by this misleading website may file complaints with the concerned local authorities.
